We've done it!  After a LONG time of growing the heritage breed Kune Kune hogs and smoking them for three months we have made this AMAZING home grown prosciutto!  I'm so proud of this amazing charcuterie meat!  
Enjoy it in a meat platter, as a snack or in your dinner!
